Berrylicious Salad





Ingredients:
-chopped spinach (2-4 cups)
-4 oz raspberries
-4 oz blackberries
- Toasted Almonds (4T)
- Fat Free Feta (4T)
-2 oz pomegranates 

Low-Fat Poppyseed dressing
-1/4 cup low fat yogurt, preferably Greek yogurt
-Zest and juice of one lemon
-1 tablespoon granulated sugar
-1 tablespoon poppy seeds
-1 tablespoon olive oil
(blend all ingredients together)

Toss all ingredients, add nuts and dressing very last!  Add grilled chicken to make meal complete!
